Cancellation of Registration

Ακύρωση εγγραφής γίνεται με χρέωση 2,5 ευρώ και εφόσον η εγγραφή δεν έχει γίνει αργότερα από την Κυριακή 8 Μαΐου. Για εγγραφές που πραγματοποιούνται από τη Δευτέρα 9 Μαΐου και έπειτα δεν πραγματοποιούνται επιστροφές αντιτίμων. Τιμολόγιο παροχής υπηρεσιών εκδίδεται μόνο εφόσον ζητηθεί έγκαιρα και σε αυτή την περίπτωση απαιτείται η επιπλέον καταβολή ΦΠΑ, σύμφωνα με την ισχύουσα ελληνική νομοθεσία.

Order cancellation

It is possible to cancel an order or part of it, as long as it has not been executed. In this case, the customer should immediately contact the Registration Center (sending an e-mail) and receive a written confirmation of the cancellation of his order. Note: In the case of canceling registrations for participation in a Race, this must be done in writing (sending an e-mail) up to 15 days before the Race with written confirmation of the receipt of the request to cancel the participation registration by a representative of the Registration Center.

Product returns

The customer has the right to return the product, according to the Consumer Protection Act. The product must be in excellent condition, unused, its packaging must be intact (closed) and include the original contents. In this case, the delivery and return costs are borne entirely by the customer.

In any case, the products must be returned in the condition they were delivered to the customer and accompanied by all the documents they had when they were delivered.

Products that have "Free shipping" in the event of a refund - credit will be charged the shipping cost originally incurred by the organization.

Products that have been opened and tested by the customer and that contain electronic timing cannot be returned as long as they are not technically defective.

All products must be delivered to the headquarters of the organization (Olympic Museum of Thessaloniki, Agios Dimitriou & 3rd September, P.K. 54636, Thessaloniki). The organization does not assume responsibility, nor does it have the obligation to receive parcels or goods from the headquarters of courier companies.

Refunds

A necessary condition is the presentation of the receipt. Also, in the case of a refund via bank deposit, the customer is charged with the bank transfer costs for refunding the amount and in the event that the purchase and payment of the price has been made via card, an additional charge of 3 euros is charged.
